Meet the Guides

Bighorn Mountain Guides is comprised of local climbers who are actively involved in the climbing community. All guides are certified through the American Mountain Guide Association (AMGA) or Professional Climbing Guide Institute (PCGI).

Ben Ramsey

Ben is the owner of Bighorn Mountain Guides. He started climbing regularly in 2014, and has since let his passion for the sport guide him into a life built on climbing. He has climbed in 12 states, and guided in three. Ben is also a lifelong amateur naturalist who loves sharing his appreciation and knowledge of the outdoors.

Nick Flores, former owner and founder of Bighorn Mountain Guides, has many years of climbing and guiding experience. He is also an educator and a passionate member of the Sheridan outdoors community.

Justin Case

Justin is a local boy who learned how to climb right here in the Bighorn Mountains! Justin has traveled all over the world, which has allowed him to climb at various locations in the United States and internationally. When Justin is not climbing you will likely find him pursuing his other passion, photography!

Bradford Burns

Brad is a local climber who started climbing in the Bighorn Mountains. Brad is a PCGI certified Single Pitch Guide and is stoked on any type of climbing whether it is cranking on limestone sport, placing gear on granite cracks, climbing vertical ice, or soaring high on alpine multi-pitch. Brad is an active board member on the Bighorn Climbers’ Coalition.
